When you contact us

The information you provide (personal information such as name, address, email address, phone number) will be processed and stored to enable us to contact you and respond to your correspondence, provide information and / or access our facility and services. Your personal information will be not shared or provided to any other third party unless we get consent from you.

Our lawful basis for processing date

We must hold a certain amount of data for our clients as we guarantee our work for 7 years along with certificates issued. We also need to keep files & data for HMRC.

Information Security

R & BH Alderson has a duty to ensure the security of personal data. We make sure that your information is protected from unauthorised access, loss, or unauthorised discloser as per our GDPR policy. Copies of these policies can be requested.

We will only keep your data for the purpose it was collected for and for as long as is necessary, after which it will be deleted. You may request the deletion of your data at any time.

Access to Information

Conclusion

In accordance with the law, we only collect a limited amount of information about you that is necessary for correspondence, information and services provision. We do not sell or pass your information to third parties. We like to keep in touch with previous clients for marketing/promotions/ and to send Xmas cards but this will only be done if we get consent from you first. We make sure your data is stored securely.
