The Process

There’s lots of things to think about when preparing for any building works, but we are here every step of the way to guide you through it. If you choose to use our services and once the estimate has been accepted, we will:

Organise to meet with you to go through the job, sign contracts, and answer any of your questions.
Provide you with our insurance policies to help assist with your own home insurance cover prior to work starting.
We will organise all material samples for Local Authority and your approval.
We will check if Planning Permission, Building Regulations have been approved prior to us starting.
Confirm any technical details with planners & Building Control that is requested by them.
Plan out the work to make sure the job is carried out effectively and in a timely manner.
Manage the job from the very beginning to the very end using our knowledge and experience so everything runs smoothly.
Have regular meetings to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.
Organise all the inspections with Building Control at the correct check points.
Meet the Building Inspector on site for the final inspection in which they will post out the completion certificate to you.
